Returns and Exchanges

Regular-price products may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after pickup, provided they remain unopened in their original packaging.

Accepted returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sale products are final sale.

Returns and exchanges are accepted in person only at SCT Fleet Solutions, 101-19045 54 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 4R1.

Refunds are received within 1–7 days after the return is accepted, depending on the payment method used. Credit card refunds take longer within this timeframe.
